RAJ NAGRA
FOUNDER
CERTIFIED USA BOXING COACH
Raj Nagra has been working across the liquor industry living and traveling around the globe for the past 30 years and is known for his animated style.
Hailing from London, Raj grew up in the original London and Sydney bar scenes during the 90’s. One of the original pioneers of the brand ambassador role, Raj focused on brand development and advocacy for almost 20-years. He decided to give it away to pursue his non-profit and now full-time concern the Bartender Boxing Organization.
A lifelong boxer and fan, Raj knows well the personal benefits the sport from his years of travel and late nights sipping martinis around the world, always finding a need for balance in a polarizing vocation. Several years in the making, in 2016 Raj founded and established Bartender Boxing, with a mission to improve the health of our industry, promote the great sport of Boxing and support underserved bar and boxing communities. Raj says this is his way of giving back to the sport that changed his life and the industry that has supported his career.
A registered USA Boxing coach, what Raj loves most about his charity is witnessing the profound role his non-profit plays in reprogramming the lives of so many people in our industry through the great sport of Boxing.
Raj currently resides in Los Angeles and is on a mission to impact more lives and grow Bartender Boxing to new cities around the world.
Tommy Neff

When it comes to training, technique, and safety, Tommy is our go-to for all things boxing, and his merits have proven more than worthy of his title.
His involvement in the boxing community and business has spanned more than 15 years, decorating his resume as a professional cutman, amateur boxer, and coach, producing over 15 New York State Golden Glove Champions. Furthermore, Tommy owns the most successful gyms in boxing and MMA in upstate New York.
Mark Tarrant
PROGRAM DIRECTOR - AUSTRALIA/ASIA PACIFIC
Australia is pretty far away, so it’s pretty difficult to get to. Luckily, we’ve found the perfect ambassador for BBO Australia.
Mark has over 30 years of hospitality expertise: managing bars, consulting, and coordinating and operating events across Europe and Sydney. He’s owned various award-winning venues including The Rum Diaries, White Revolver, Cream Tangerine, and The Canteen in Bondi Beach. When it comes to boxing and fitness, Mark is well-versed. He’s an experienced fighter and trainer in boxing and Thai boxing, having competed in 14 competitions in the UK and Thailand.
Lexie Mooneyham
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
With nearly a decade of experience working for major experiential marketing agencies and boutique digital agencies, Lexie’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to break off on her own as a freelancer. Now, she runs a successful Chicago-based marketing agency and has built a team of creatives that are just as wonderful as her clients are.
