Recruiting is the most important component of the program as it includes vetting potential participants at great length through an extensive application and interview process. Participants must be able to complete the rigorous program, therefore getting the right candidates is imperative. As all bouts are sanctioned, strict weight and capability levels are constantly monitored to ensure absolute safety and program success.
The goal of the BBO is to continue producing new and exciting creative and engaging programming that supports our core goal to promote health and wellness in the industry through the sport of boxing. The service industry has never needed so much support in the areas of ‘health and wellness’.
